I had no idea about Ruth Handler's role in the creation of Mattel. I also didn't know the story of Barbie. This is an interesting read about the rise and fall and redemption of one of the most powerful and determined businesswomen. And I loved finding out about the history of some amazing (and not so amazing) toys.
