I fear this series will be my ending, it has me in a chokehold that I cannot escape.

Cyrus is my favourite he’s a tortured golden retriever who puts on the evil facade and I love how Alizeh sees right through it.

This is such a slow burn but the tension and yearning has me on my toes and I cannot wait to see if it finally happens in the next book.

I hate Kamran with a passion now (yes I know I loved him in book 1) 

Whilst the beginning and ending had lots going on the middle didn’t but the writing and pace didn’t make me bored and had me eating up every chapter.

I love how the timeline of the 3 books is so short so it feels like it’s more connected rather than having big gaps where we don’t know what’s happening.

I now have to wait patiently for the next 2 books and I will be a feral beast when I read them.
