Mornings in Jenin by Susan Abulhawa

This was just so heartbreaking. It's so touching and full of love... I can't stop thinking about it. Emotions are expressed so vividly. The only nitpick I have is that pov switches are handled a little strangely, and it did make the beginning a little hard to get into... but the writing is genuinely great and really beautiful, and I think that and the characters outweighed the pov stuff for me.

Everyone should read this. If you read nothing else about Palestine, at least read this.. Free Palestine, from the river to the sea.
