Bring Up the Bodies by Hilary Mantel
4.0

I am not sure whether I gave this four stars because of the writing or because I was proud of myself for reading a prize winning piece of literature! It was certainly easier to read than Wolf Hall and I did feel as if I was Thomas Cromwell myself and seeing the world through his eyes which shows how clever the writing was. Mantel's portrayal of the gradual demise of Anne Boleyn was fascinating The machinations of Tudor politics were intriguing and selfish; not much changes.
