Difficult Women: A History of Feminism in 11 Fights by Helen Lewis

3.0

Lewis says to take the good with the bad - that no campaigner or famous feminist or indeed person is perfect. She also said a few transphobic things in this book, and repped some modern transphobes, but she did bring to attention some lesser known badass women. So I'm taking the good from this, writing down those names, learning more, and leaving her TERF-y rhetoric right where it belongs: in history.
