Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas

5.0

Excuse mE- I- what- WHAT THE FUCK- I’m-

I can’t believe my braincells didn’t even suppose that ending as an actual possibility-
THAT MOTHERCHUCKIN ENDING OH MY GOD!!! I NEED TO YELL.

I can’t tell you just how mindblown I am without making this a spoilery review, and that’s fine. All you can take from this review is: GO READ THIS SERIES IF YOU HAVEN’T???

I am deceased.

Okay, just remembered something, yeah. We can also talk about the romance- yes, let’s give this review some actual content.
Unlike Throne of Glass, this book definitely centers a bit more on the main character’s romantic interestS (yes we’re making it plural). I’m not a fan of love triangles but boy this ain’t a triangle, alright? I got my heart in one person only.
But can I just mention how halfway through the book I was getting a BIT (emphasis on “BIT”, please) fed up on the fluffiness and all of a sudden Sarah J. Maas attacks me with constant angst throughout the rest of the book?

She knows the balance so well. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH!!!!
