Okay, so far Im gonna have to say this is my favorite of the book series so far. But oh my god, it made me hate Jacob so much. So I'm going to rant about it.
The fact that Jacob kissed Bella even though she was in a relationship and continued to kiss her even though she was activly trying to get him to stop disgusts me. And the fact he blamed her for her breaking her hand when she hit him. I get she should of known not to hit him but it was obvious she didn't like the kiss and I would of hit him too. Then to the fact he threatened to kill himself if she didn't kiss him made me so mad that I had to sleep on it. I never knew a fictional character could make me so mad. I get there are likely worse characters than Jacob that I've read about and they haven't pissed me off as much, but maybe it's because I have been threatened like that before so it hits a nerve for me even more than a character murdering someone or something like that. It just made me so mad, I ended up ranting to my friend and I still feel very angry even now. I'll likely be thinking about it for days. And don't get me wrong, Edward has is bad moments but I don't think he could top this for me. But I can't wait to see how much more Jacob can piss me off in this next book. I do still enjoy this book though, the emotions it gave me was nice even though it was quite a bit of anger and not as much of anything else. It just made me surprised that I could feel so angry towards a character but it was a overall enjoyable book. Definitely my favorite book in the series so far but I'll have to see where the last one goes.
