Is it weird that during Ramadan I gravitated towards a mystery featuring corrupt clergy and fake miracles? It's weird.
But a pretty standard mystery that takes place in medieval England with an MC who has really great potential for a seriously cool character arc. I'd pick this series up again, though the sentence structure is sometimes very, very tedious.
