This is porn masquerading as YA. If I were a younger person, I would have quit at chapter 30. I kept going because there is an actual story buried underneath the contrived sexual tension and the purely pornographic chapters. And the gratuitous use of f**k came off like a 12 year old going for an R rating. Disappointing because there is actually a good fantasy novel buried beneath the garbage.
