Life after Truth
by Ceridwen Dovey
An enjoyable enough read, just not the one I thought I was going to get.
I thought this was a murder based around the reunion story of a group of Harvard graduates, where one of their number - the very unpleasant son of the current (fictional) very unpleasant, bullying President - gets murdered. Given the title, I guess I was also expecting some enquiring awareness into the current trend for post-truth alternative facts.
What I got was a mildly soapish look at the early blooming mid-life crises of a bunch of entitled, and in some cases quite smug, middle class navel gazers.
Entertaining, but not insightful.
