4.5

A Light in the Flame picks right up after ASITE. While the book was definitely longer than it needed to be, and quite repetitive, it was definitely enjoyable and fun to read overall. There is a lot of emotional turmoil, and spicy chemistry in the book, which takes up manyyyy pages. That being said, I love all of the characters and relationships that are built in this book. There is a bunch of action and thrilling moments, and the book definitely engaged me and kept my attention. I’m very excited to see where it goes next!

Would I reread or reccomend? I would probably reread this book, but I may skip over some of the repetitive emotional angst.
