This book was the perfect October read (although I would have loved it in any month)! The nostalgic 80’s vibe (and this is coming from a 2000s baby) mixed with classic horror was so so good! Somehow, Grady Hendrix, an adult man, perfectly narrated the thoughts of a teenage girl to the point that I thought I was reading her diary…. Maybe that’s the scariest part of all.
