I loved these cute dumb dumbs. The way Marina vivancos writes characters and dialogue is fun and entertaining. I like her style of writing, and I always find myself smiling as I read her books. Beau is hilariously oblivious, almost to the point of being annoying, but I don’t think it crosses that threshold. I wish we had gotten more from Emilio, but what we did get from him I liked.  I think the hockey rival trope isn’t my  thing, and this one felt especially diluted. But all of the interactions between the MCs were gold.
