fact one: i like shakespeare. fact two: i like the secret history. logical conclusion: ihate love absolutely cannot explain want to fling myself from a cliff like this book
look, everyone in dark academia stories is a pretentious arsehole who you’d hate in real life, but if reading a dark academia book doesn’t make you wish you were one of those pretentious arseholes, you’re not reading it right.
