Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers by Mary Roach

An interesting insight into the treatment of the dead donated to science, and people's views on the body after death. At first I thought the humor was endearing and made sense as a way for someone to cope with dealing with human remains, but it quickly became distracting and at times seemed rather immature. Respecting human remains, as the author says she does, you should not be putting quotes in your book like "is the penis just gonna hang out?" A lot of unnecessary fluff and an attempt to make light a topic that doesn't need to be made light of.
