Did not finish book. Stopped at 29%.

Brené Brown really likes to beat a dead horse with the Ted talk she gave like 14 years ago. Each book she’s written has the same stuff in it and still not any in depth explanation for what she did to get her ‘research’. I also got the distinct impression that she doesn’t care to follow her own advice on addressing shame which to me makes any expertise she has invalid.
