Come Forth As Gold by Erica Dansereau
2.0

While the topics of this book are compelling (how do we handle grief when suffering comes our way), the writing in “Come Forth as Gold” is heavy-handed (so. much. exposition.) and I believe the story would have benefitted from a back-and-forth approach to the main characters, as opposed to only getting Claude’s point of view. Overall, I did not care for it.
