One word to describe this book - FUN! It's hilarious, action-packed and weird and I loved it. I had a whole lot of things going on these last couple of days, otherwise I probably never would've put that book down, it had a very addicting quality to it. It's also one of these books where you can't stop thinking about how well it would work as a movie. (Please, make this happen!)
I would give this book 5 stars (and I'm definitely giving it 5 on the Goodreads) but I have to denounce 0.5 stars for the fact that the character traits of the two main characters are quite cliché and stereotypical. The whole dynamic of the seemingly (but not really) perfect homecoming queen versus the quintessential nerdy, yet oddly charming hipster has definitely been done before. And even though it did result in some hilarious scenes, I'm just not a big fan of relying so heavily on clichés. That's why it's not a 5-star-read for me.
However, I still had so much fun reading this book and I highly recommend it! I think it
may even be one of my favorites so far this year. :) I'll also definitely read the sequel as soon as it comes out, because I. Want. To. Know. What. Happens. Next.!!!
