I really enjoyed this book. It starts out the gate unexpectedly. Some parts are gross. Not overwhelmingly so, so I think those who don't like much gore won't be bothered too much. But I'm biased because I like gore. There is a part or two that involve children that some may not be okay with, so be warned. I enjoyed the characters and the story. However, there's at least a full chapter's worth of extra detail no one needs, that is spread throughout the book. Details like how the human body reacts in a wreck. Most of this detail, any adult will most likely already know, and it's information that's not needed for the story or the scene. So that irritated me. The only "extra fluff" I actually liked, was in the freak show part because it helped set the scene. Some sections of this story were like an acid trip. And I loved it. So, I'm giving Season Pass 3/5 stars. It won't be a reread for myself, but I would recommend it to anyone considering it.
