A solid /3 stars/
This rating is purely based on the fact that this series is just not my taste. It is a beautifully illustrated series and the story is indeed dark and bleak. (It is heavier on blood/gore though so be aware).
I
f you are looking for a"disturbing" manga, this is a solid choice! While heavier on those topics, I would say it is easier to digest than other series set in the same category. As an extra, it is still a popular series therefore it should be easier to access loanable copies.
With that all said though, this is HORROR manga so please check your trigger warnings :)
