This book is AMAZING! Allison as the Alice.We learn about her bloodline and her horrid past life. To be honest, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with this book/series before I started it. It looked very intriguing, but I wasn’t sure how everything would fall into place. However... I was absolutely hooked by 10% in. The humor in this book is great. I loved the take on the characters, and the imagery in this book is absolutely top notch. When it ended, I literally sat and stared at the page for a few seconds wanting more.
CM Stunich writes worlds that beckon you in, then hold you in their grasp while seducing you with their wicked scenes and fantastical possibilities, so that you find yourself aching for the next book, and the next, and the next. This book is no exception. Read it. Trust me. If you're anything like me, after reading this book, you'll never again be able to think of certain classic characters without a twinkle in your eye and some very, very naughty thoughts.
