To write a review of the Upanishads is an impossible task, and I am not about to try. They are beautiful deep and worth reading. But what I do want to review is the wonderful introduction on this translation by Juan Moscaro.
His insight in connecting the broad, beautiful themes of love in the Upanishads to Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and more is inspiring. He has a poets gift for language and his introduction would be worth the price of this book alone.
