Oooh, this book prologue just threw me for a loop! Holy smokes! We start out following Austyn after the prlogue. We get a chance to really get to know Lexa a bit more. We really get a feel for who JK is in this book, what he is like, the things he has done. I laughed my head off when things came to a head in this book for him. I was outraged at first, but then laughing to no end. Things do not end how you expect them to. Some things are worse in my mind, and other things were so much better. You really see the struggle from someone who has had something tragic happen to them in many ways. The abuse that survivors go through and even their own thought processes and how they feel. Truly an amazing book in my eyes. I cannot wait to read book 4 in the series.
