When Stars Collide by Susan Elizabeth Phillips

Fun, heartwarming, and fascinating all in one! I really enjoyed this breath of fresh air of a novel. The openness the two main characters had with each other was nice, and often hilarious. There was a part in the end that dragged a little but I loved the epilogue.

I was legitimately stressed about the whole blackmail situation with Liv, but I liked how it really exhibited the kind of people Liv and Thad were. Their connection has depth that stretched beyond the physical attraction, and I didn’t have a hard time being convinced of it. I absolutely loved how Thad totally broke the jock stereotype. I enjoyed the semi-thriller aspect to this as well. I don’t think I’ve ever read a romance novel with this kind of mixture of genres before.
