Happy Place
by Emily Henry
4 ⭐️
This book was too real for me. It made me feel things I didn’t want to feel. Me and this book have a love-hate relationship.
Emily Henry wrote these characters and their experiences in a way that I (and I assume many others around my age) can relate to. And I LOVED the characters. I felt so much emotion at every turn and at times it devastated me.
I started reading this when I was already kind of emotional so this book hit me hard. That’s why it’s 4 ⭐️ instead of 5. The realness makes me debate whether or not I can handle rereading this in the future
