Loving this Bill Hodges series, and the audiobook is fantastic! Seriously, it's a book about a twisted individual with a passion for an author's work? Makes it even more of a draw for book lovers out there. The gist of the book starts with a robbery/murder and then the aftermath of the "loot" many decades later. I loved wondering what I would have done if I had found it myself!
The characters of Bill, Jerome and Holly come right back from the first book in the series, and provided me a giggle every once in a while. While the Mr. Mercedes plot is referenced, it's not dependent on the enjoyment of this read!
The ENDING....OMG. I'm off to start listening to the third book NOW.
