I enjoy the Ravenspire series, and this one just became my favorite. This is similar to the other Cinderella retelling that I have read, but with an added element of magic and maybe a bit darker with the blood-eating monster. I loved Blue and Kellan relationship, though it was a little cringy when I thought that was going to heal each other from the grief by love. Not really the case but a little to close for my liking. They have a history and the angst level was off the chart sometimes but super enjoyable. I also like how this is a stand-alone with easter eggs from the other book in the series. (all of the Ravenspire books are like this)!
