I’ve enjoyed every book in Elite Escort MM series so far! This one is an age gap + student/teach romance between Sean & Matteo. Sean is the manager of the MM branch in Elite Escorts, so we got to meet him in the previous 2 books. I knew from the few scenes we saw him that there was more to him, and this book dives deep into his heart.

Sean is a brat, but he’s also lovable and full of sunshine which he uses to hide his insecurities. His father made him feel less than while growing up, and still does to this day, so he has a hard time accepting his true worth. He decides to go back to college to gain some positive acknowledgement and prove to everyone that he is valuable.

Matteo is struggling in life due to the recent loss of his wife. He feels like there’s always a cloud over his head, but as soon as Sean walks into class, the sunshine that radiates off of Sean almost blinds him. Matteo deals with some guilt for being attracted to someone for the first time since he lost his wife, but there’s no denying the *zing* that sparks when he and Sean are near each other.

It was beautiful to see both of these men overcome their inner struggles, and open their hearts up to one another. The chemistry between these two was hot & intense! Sean needed someone to give him comfort and love, and Matteo gave him a firm hand and all the praise he craved.
