The thing I love the most about Rachel Hollis is that she doesn't hold back. When she is passionate about something, as she is about helping women step into their power and go after their goals, she tells you how she feels about it and is completely unapologetic. And THAT'S why this book was the perfect follow up to "Girl, Wash Your Face". If you are new to Rachel Hollis, and you can handle honesty, this book and her words will be such a blessing to you and your life. And if it doesn't all resonate with you, take what you need and leave the rest. But if you've listened to Rachel or you've followed Rachel on social media for awhile, to be honest, a lot of the stuff in this book might be things you've heard before. That's because it's Rachel's philosophy, it's who she is, it's what she believes so strongly in that she gives a lot of it away for free on her social media. She does it because she truly wants to change women's lives and doesn't want to limit who gets to hear her message, and it's one of the reasons I admire her. And that's why I love this book so much. All of her motivational nuggets are in here, along with Rachel's trademark humor. Nobody can tell an embarrassing with the humor and motivation of Rachel Hollis. All of her stories of how she built up her business are laid out on these pages. Anytime I need a kick in the butt or some inspiration, I know just where I can go to find it - this book. I love the way she lays it out by the excuses we all tell ourselves, the behaviors we can adopt in order to go after our dreams, and the skills that every single one of us can acquire in order to more fully step into who we were made to be.

If you just want a cheerleader, Rachel might not be your girl and this might not be your book, because she is very honest and straightforward. But if you want a coach who will push you, who will tell it to you straight, motivate you, inspire you and refuse to let you give up on yourself, then there is nobody better. Girl, Stop Apologizing is the book that validates your desire to go hardcore for your goals and frees you from the guilt of wanting for yourself. And this book is not just for entrepreneurs who want to start or who already own their own business. Girl, Stop Apologizing has personally motivated me to pursue my personal goals regarding my home and my family. This is a book I'm going to refer back to time and time again, and a book I'll be referring to my friends, just as I am to you.
