What a freaking book, first off id like to mention that theres SH on page. that information is behind a link and in the off chance someone dosnt follow that link id like them to be prepared. its throughout the book, and is a prominent part of who lilith is in that part of her life. i do wish that this was stressed as much as the religion was. or at least wasnt behind a link.
Now that thats out of the way, holy shit is Alexandra St Pierre a writer. This wasnt a quick read in the way that a lot of dark romances are. This was thorough, well described and hot. Ramel is a demon and Alexandra really dug that point home, he was a fucking asshole. but it was such a good rendition of one. a true demon. not a soft for the fmc demon. I went through a lot of empathy for him. and often had to put the book down because the sadness, the loneliness, the heartache these characters felt. Alexandra made sure you felt them too. This book weighed on me a whole lot. and its one ill be thinking about often from now on. i find myself just staring off thinking about eveything that happened. this ones sticking with me. Hazai, i think ended up being my favorite. Really chaotic. such a love sick fool. im really happy he got his little birdy and we get to have an adventure with him too.
