Dawn and the Impossible Three by Ann M. Martin, Gale Galligan

Read this while I was sick! I find that it's easier to focus on comics when I feel like poo. I enjoyed Galligan's illustrations -- they're clean and colorful. Also, the way that characters deal with certain situations -- friend drama, having a difficult conversation with an adult -- is well-done. It almost provides a template for kids going through similar things, but it's all done through the story so it doesn't seem preachy or heavy-handed.
