Shopaholic to the Stars
by Sophie Kinsella
I save this novel for a stressful time, and here I am.
Since real life is quite demanding and boring at the moment, why don't take a walk into Rebecca's world for a while?
The setting is Hollywood instead of London, but the plot is always the same: she's starting a new project, she messes everything up, she solves her and everyone else's problem and they live happily everafter... until the next book.
Truth is: Becky is starting to get on my nerves. You think she should have learn something from previous episodes, but she didn't. She keeps spending too much for useless things and her actions afflicts her family and friends, too. She indeed has a big heart and she manages to fix everything, but she is too much to handle for Luke, Suze and the lot. I think she came across too selfish and superficial this time.
