Band-Aid for a Broken Leg by Damien Brown

5.0

This review is basically my emotional reaction to the book which tells the story of an Australian doctor (Damien) posted to Angola and Sudan to work for MSF. He clearly documents the highs and lows of his experiences and writes in a warm, touching and at times appropriately humerus way. I admire Damien hugely and had to give this book 5* in honour of the characters in the book and the work of MSF doctors everywhere. I don't think I could do it.
