As far as professional development books go, this one provided the most practically helpful tips of any others that I've read. Though geared toward business (and not towards law, which creates constraints that I can't "power" my way through), I found it to be very insightful in that it ultimately really just focuses on convincing the reader to truly value his or herself in the workplace.
