i wish i could say i'm shocked that this one was another book written by nikki that touched my soul so deeply that it's altered my brain chemistry but i'm not shocked at all. nikki's writing is absolutely poetic and i wish i could frame the entirety if her work and display it in my entire home so everyone who walks in can read it.
parker and carmie were absolute perfection. the have permanently taken residence in my head and heart. their chemistry, the self-discovery and the connection these characters have are EVERYTHING to me.
