I find it werid reading ADHD books cause I read them being like oh yay something to help me cope with my extensional dread and inability to send the emails I need to send for my job and hour before the end of the day.

And then you listen to the tips and ticks and realised you have been doing them all your life before you knew you had adhd as you had already I have bad memory disease. And, so many of the ideas don’t really fit in/ work if you have a 9-5 job or any other chronic illness which depletes your energy- love if there was a section on sleep cause that is something i struggle with so much

It was validated hearing about someone else who cries all the time like me
