The Quarry Girls
by Jess Lourey
Solid 3.5. I had a hard time getting into this at first - I think the way it was written, in the POV, irritated me, but I got used to it. Maureen, Brenda and Heather are 3 teenage best friends who have spent their childhoods hanging out in the tunnels that connect their small town. But then a girl goes missing, and all chaos begins to ensue. Heather becomes more and more suspicious and she will do anything to protect her sister, Junie.
A lot of the plot twists I saw coming from page 1 - kinda wish it had a different ending, but I was still mostly entertained!
