Brilliant world building. Books drag you in as if you are part of their world. Dark but so enacting.
I enjoyed getting to see the class system in this world.
Different classes of people.
A lot is going on in this book, but if you reflect as you go, you understand the story more. I love how we have each character's story and how we are viewing the story through 3 different points of view.

I love the idea of Stillness, where the earth is entirely different to what we knowknowtoda. There's so much plot and world-building within this book. I enjoyed it though it's a slow build. It gets you to know this world well.
Danya, I empathised with it; a harsh world for her.

I have literally shouted, gasped and cried as this book.
