i basically read this book in one day and it was great! A little hard to read at the beginning but it sure did pick up after a couple of chapters! the sci-fi twist was something i did not see coming. maybe i’m dumb and did not truly see it coming but i loved it! it was a great twist and made me more interested into the story. seeing august and janes love story throughout the book and the slow burn was everything and more to me! I hope to read more of McQuinston’s works in the future and this book was a great queer love story that i loved!
