Loved how Lavish and Nairna/Nora’s relationship developed through the story of their mother/grandmother; Lavish finding out he was truly loved and having witnessed Nora’s abilities seemed to touch him.

Really enjoyed the characters and atmosphere as well as the dual timelines and POV, but the story felt a bit repetitive and drawn out.
