I can't think of a way to describe this book.
The way it describes black people , their struggle in modern England and how beautifully it was written. The emotions captured and described so well that I was way overwhelmed and never wanted this book to end.
It was the perfect length. Like literally perfect. I can't fanthom that it is the first book by this author. I can't wait to read more from him.
