Although this is a light and easy read, I didn't like the first half of this book. I softened as the story progressed, maybe in the same way that Emma does.
I wonder if it is necessary to re-write Austen? I wouldn't have thought so, but I'm going to use this as an excuse to re-read the original Emma ;)
