Kim by Rudyard Kipling

3.0

Fun bildungsroman redolent with the scents of India. As Kim journeys across the country, he comes into contact with devout Tibetan Buddhists, befuddled Irish priests, Mohammedan horse dealers and Hindu spies, confronting colonialism and experiencing different faiths. A story about religion and the meaning of life couched in a travel memoir/adventure tale.
