Reading the "Cat and Mouse Duet" felt like a thrilling ride on a horror train and roller coaster combined!😰😆🤢 While Book #1 had me laughing and giggling most of the time (of course, except for the unsettling “abvs3” and "gun” parts), Book #2 got me completely wrecked, pushing me to the brink of not finishing it. Yet, I couldn't bear the thought of not knowing how it all ends. This is the first dark romance novel I've ever read, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! (IYKYK😅🤣✌🏻) And just like what he did to Addie, Zade managed to carve a rose on my chest, and now the scar it left will haunt me forever!🥂✨✨
