Finally! The return of Nicholas Sparks! I so used to love his work, rushing right to the book store to purchase each new novel on its release date, but over the years the books became so simple and formulaic that I stopped even caring they were coming out. Something told me to pick up this new one though, and I am so glad I did. His incredible story-telling and beautifully written characters are back on display. The end was very predictable, but even knowing how it would end, I couldn’t put it down, thirsting for each new page.
