I feel like this is a book that should be required reading for everyone. Understanding how biases are formed can help us overcome them or be more mindful of them. I loved how data driven this book was, but I also loved the real experiences that were shared. The personal side of this book moved me to tears and some of the data points shocked me to tears. I feel like I can be a better person in general, but mostly a better parent after reading this. I have the responsibility of teaching the next generation of my family and I will be referring to this to help with some of the tougher conversations.
