Love Island in book form!
I took my time reading this because I really wanted to enjoy it. I did however I was disappointed it wasn’t more thriller like. Most of the tasks felt basic I would’ve loved to see more of them be nerve-wracking or damaging psychologically. Also the last scene when we saw Andrew felt…… idk abrupt. I don’t think it too much away, but there wasn’t really any explanation. It was just like ok……
Anyways, I really loved the idea, especially with the reward system and tasks and everything, but I definitely wouldn’t it a thriller. Lit fic absolutely. Also, maybe I was enjoying the story and setting a little too much but I didn’t get the over encompassing message. like it didn’t feel thought-provoking the way that a lot of people have said it did……
