The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown

5.0

The book has captivated me with its intricate plot, rich historical references, and thought-provoking themes. One of the greatest strengths lies in its ability to seamlessly weave together elements of history, art, science, and mythology, creating a narrative that is both entertaining and informative.
Dan-Brown's meticulous research is evident throughout the novel, as he incorporates real-world symbols, hidden codes, and esoteric knowledge into the storyline. This fusion of fact and fiction not only adds depth to the plot but also imparts a wealth of intriguing information to readers.
Also the fast-paced and suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. The chapters are short and often end with cliffhangers, making it difficult to put the book down. I’ve immersed myself in the world that has been created by sir brown.

Although the entire book is a masterpiece, I was very impressed with these five quotes :
- "Great minds are always feared by lesser minds."
- "The human mind has a primitive ego defense mechanism that negates all realities that produce too much stress for the brain to handle."
- "Knowledge grows exponentially. The more we know, the greater our ability to learn, and the faster we expand our knowledge base."
- "The power of human thought grows exponentially with the number of minds that share that thought."
- "Faith is a continuum, and we each fall on that line where we may."
