Did not finish book. Stopped at 6%.
The dialogue formatting is driving me up a wall. The author chose to begin dialogue with a dash and not have any manner of punctuation to show when the dialogue ends. Quotation marks are not that hard. I’m sure this is a stylistic choice, but it makes the dialogue cumbersome to read.

The writing itself is rather dull with blatantly abusive characters.
