Life of the Party
by Olivia Gatwood
gatwood definitely has passion and talent.
while some poems stood out to me, the theme of true crime wasn’t consistent enough for my enjoyment. the author’s note at the beginning was what sold me to start the collection, it was just so captivating.
overall the poems were good but nothing too special for me. but i think personally poetry isn’t for me and i just need to understand that, so i think ill stay away from poetry for a little while at least.
